Excellent modern facilities. Great central location.
Room smelt very festy - not sure if it was the bedding. Also on nights when the bar below was going late you could hear the music from the room. Traffic noise also a problem. But what you would expect from a backpackers place - the positives outweight the benefits.
I did appreciate being on my own with an ensuite all to myself It could have been 4 mixed!!--that would have been ghastly
I am 77 and had no experience of the lift lock and how to release it with the key Sometimes the 'key' had to be inserted horizontally sometimes vertically and I had no idea how the 'Key' operated with the lights All that meant 5 or 6 extra trips to the desk from the end of the corridor to the lift for one who does not walk easily A simple question from the desk "Are you familiar with these keys? would have surficed
Room was having twin bed which we actually needed as we had a small kid.
I think in private en suite Hotel should provide Tea coffee machine and a mini fridge, while booking online through Booked.net it was showing that you people provide such facilities but when we checked in it was not there, anyways its a good place to stay but with a small kid its difficult.
Clean room. Good meals. And cheap beer.
The staff was not sure no the policy of room service.
My internet reservation had not been recorded as a booking - although I was given, after some considerable time delay, another room an upgrade I found the quality of the upgraded room for the price not up to standard and will consider staying somewhere else next time.
Clean room with own very roomy quality shower.
Bedding was quite light & heater was needed to get body heat up for sleeping. Plan on midnight bed time (after the band stops downstairs) & it is a great place.
free dinner ,close to centre of city
smelly rooms ,to much noise at night from other patrons
Room was not made up.Queue at front desk was far too long. One man was working and two women were sitting at desks in back room. They should have come and helped. People checking in at 5pm should not enter the room and find it not cleaned, beds made etc. Too much noise both inside and outside so hard to sleep.
it's in the city center, convenient, but no place for free parking
No,I don't like staying there. Its noisy all night long.
I booking one bed in the four people share one room. But I come there. They take six people share room for me. I think the price is wrong. The electronic card is working not good.
The card is not working good. This complain is not only me. somebody same to me.
The afternoon staff were friendly and helpful, lots of signs & information up. I would imagine it would be a great place for tourits to stay.
There were black marks on the sheets & also hair on the sheets. I wasn't entirely sure if they had in fact been changed or if it was just stains. Also the shower drain wouldn't drain, so you would either have to have a 3 minute shower, or when washing your hair you had to stop wait some time for it to drain then start the shower again.
Kitchen, front-desk help.
The room was a bit cramped and could use a fresh coat of paint. The shower could use some problem solving, curtain allowed water everywhere.
Room larger than expected (we stayed in a standard double, configured for wheelchair access) and very clean - everything looked quite new. Looked out the back and noise was not an issue. Awesome location.
Rooms a little sparsely furnished but it is a backpacker.. A side table would be nice. Didn't use it but kitchen looked a little cramped.
The location was the only thing it had going for it
Bedding was filthy, there were stains on the duvet covers and the sheets were not clean. The room was hot and stuffy
location is perfect
very dearty, don`t look under the bed!, very loud at night
